1. New to the Sourcebook
If you are new to the Sourcebook and wish to place an order you will need to apply for an account by completing and submitting the registration form.
Your application will be approved or declined within 24 hours, but often within a few minutes. If approved, you will receive an email with a username and password which you can then use to gain access to your account by clicking on the "Your Account" link. If your application is unsuccessful we will contact you by email asking some qualifying questions.
Once approved, you will be able to view pricing and any special promotional pricing that might be on offer. The pricing is full trade list pricing and depending on your purchasing volume you may be entitled to a discount. 2. Current Crestwood Customers who wish to buy online.
For existing Crestwood account holders who wish to place orders online, please contact Head Office on 01780 753407.
We can quickly set up your online account that will show all of your specific pricing and discounts. Once activated, you will receive an email confirming your username and password which you can then use to gain access to your account by clicking on the "Your Account" link.
Please note that customers who have credit terms will not have to pay by credit card at the end of the ordering process, subject to the credit balance at that time. Current proforma customers will have to pay by credit card at the end of the ordering process.
3. The Ordering Process
Once you are logged into your account you are able to purchase any item featured on the site.
The "Inspiration" section contains doors, handles, appliances, worktops, sinks and taps.
The "Finishing Touches" section contains wirework, shelving, midway and carcase support systems.
The "Essential Elements" section contains drawers, runners, hinges and gas stays.
You can search for a product using the "Search and Quick Buy" tool found on the main navigation bar. The search tool will display results relating to your search which you can then view.
If you know the code of the product you require, such as WI.CBU.01L duetto corner system, you can also use this to search taking you directly to the product.
Once you have found a product you wish to purchase, select the quantity required and click "Add to Basket". You can then continue this process adding as many products to your basket as required. At any point you can view what is in your basket by clicking on "View Basket". When you are ready to purchase your items you can choose to upgrade the delivery service on any individual item or whole order to a next day delivery service by clicking on the "Standard" icon next to each product in the "Shipping" column. Once you are happy with your basket contents and have chosen your desired delivery option click on "Continue to Checkout". You can then enter your desired invoice and delivery addresses, and any particular order reference you might want to assign to your order. Then click on "Continue to Confirmation".
You will then see a final summary of your order. You can then choose to pay by account if you are have a credit account or otherwise by credit card.
Once you have chosen a payment option and followed the instructions you will see a confirmation screen confirming what you have ordered. A copy of this will also be emailed to your email address.
